常用絕緣材料的分類

 

Classification of common insulating materials

 

絕緣材料，又稱電介質(zhì)。它與導(dǎo)電材料相反，在一定電壓作用下，只有極微的泄漏電流通過，可以認(rèn)為是不導(dǎo)電的。絕緣材料的好壞，直接關(guān)系到帶電作業(yè)的安全，因此制作帶電作業(yè)工具的絕緣材料必須是電氣性能優(yōu)良、機械強度高、重量輕、吸水性低、耐老化、且易于加工。

 

Insulating material, also known as dielectric. In contrast to conductive materials, only a tiny leakage current passes through under a certain voltage, which can be considered as non-conductive. The quality of insulating materials is directly related to the safety of live working. Therefore, the insulating materials for making live working tools must have excellent electrical performance, high mechanical strength, light weight, low water absorption, aging resistance and easy processing.

 

 

 

我國目前帶電作業(yè)使用的絕緣材料大致有下列幾種

At present, the insulating materials used in live working in China are generally as follows:

 

 

 

絕緣板材：包括硬板和軟板。其種類有層壓制品，如3240環(huán)氧酚醛玻璃布板和工程塑料中的聚氯乙烯板、聚乙烯板等。

 

Insulating board: including hard board and soft board. Its types are laminated products, such as 3240 epoxy phenolic glass cloth board, PVC board and polyethylene board in engineering plastics, etc.

 

絕緣管材：包括硬管和軟管。種類有層壓制品，如3640環(huán)氧酚醛玻璃布管、帶或絲的卷制品。

 

Insulating pipe: including hard pipe and hose. There are kinds of laminated products, such as 3640 epoxy phenolic glass cloth pipe, tape or silk roll products.

 

塑料薄膜：如聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚酯等塑料薄膜。

 

Plastic film: such as polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC, polyester and other plastic films.

 

橡膠：天然橡膠、人造橡膠、硅橡膠等。

 

Rubber: natural rubber, artificial rubber, silicone rubber, etc.

 

絕緣繩：天然蠶絲、人工化纖絲編織的，如尼龍繩、綿綸繩和蠶絲繩（分 生蠶絲繩和熟蠶絲繩兩種），其中包括絞制、編織圓形繩及帶狀編織繩。
